GENERAL CONDITIONS OF USE AND CONTRACTING
OBJECT AND ACCEPTANCE
These General Conditions regulate the acquisition of the services offered on the website www.baffeebags.com (in hereinafter, Website), owned by Álvaro Sáez Ochoa (BAFFEE trademark holder).
The acquisition of any of the services entails the full and unreserved acceptance of each and every one of the General Conditions indicated, without prejudice to the acceptance of the Particular Conditions that may be applicable when acquiring certain services.
These General Conditions may be modified without prior notification, therefore, it is advisable to carefully read its content before proceeding to the acquisition of any of the services offered.

All notifications and communications between users and BAFFEE will be considered effective, for all purposes, when they are made through any of the means detailed above.
PRODUCTS
The products offered, along with their main characteristics and their price appear on the screen.
BAFFEE reserves the right to decide, at any time, the products and/or services offered to Clients. In this way, BAFFEE may, at any time, add new products and/or services to those currently offered. Likewise, E-Eider reserves the right to withdraw or stop offering, at any time, and without prior notice, any of the products offered.
The prices of our products are subject to change without notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuation of the service.
Once inside www.baffeebags.com, and to access the contracting of the different products, the User must follow all the instructions indicated in the purchase process, which will mean reading and accepting all the general conditions and individuals posted on www.baffeebags.com.
We have made every effort to display the colors and images of our products, in the store, as accurately as possible. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor or device's monitor will display colors accurately.
The leather items we offer have been manufactured using quality leather. Possible differences in tone and imperfections are not considered a defect, but rather a characteristic of the craftsmanship.
You should also keep in mind that in order to get this low price on Made in Italy leather goods, there may be parts of the leather that are not perfect, due to the fact that as many rolls of leather as possible are used to reduce costs and be able to offer the customer such an attractive price. Although at Baffeebags we make an effort so that this does not happen and all the pieces are in optimal conditions.
AVAILABILITY AND SUBSTITUTIONS
PRODUCTS
BAFFEE aims to guarantee the availability of all products that are advertised through www.baffee.com. However, in the event that any requested product is not available or if it is out of stock, the customer will be informed via email as soon as possible.
If the product is not available, and the consumer has been informed of this, BAFFEE may supply a product with similar characteristics without a price increase, in which case, the consumer may accept or reject it by exercising their right of withdrawal and resolution of the contract.
In case of unavailability of all or part of the order, and the rejection of the replacement products by the customer, the refund (of the amount) previously paid, will be made by the same form of payment.
PURCHASE AND/OR HIRING PROCESS
To make any purchase at www.baffeebags.com, the customer must be of legal age.
The steps to follow to make the purchase are:
- Select product(s).
- Go to shopping cart.
- Verify shopping cart.
- Enter shipping address and contact.
- Choose shipping method.
- Choose payment method.
- Make payment.
- Order confirmation sent via email.
Likewise, it is recommended that the customer print and/or save a copy on a durable medium of the conditions of sale when placing their order, as well as the proof of receipt sent by BAFFEE by email.
BILLING
To this end, the client consents to the invoice being sent in electronic format. The client will receive it via email.
DURATION, RENEWAL AND CANCELLATION OF THE CONTRACT
DURATION
Purchase process
The duration of the contract is while you are in the purchase process. Once the contract is finished, it is closed.
DELIVERY
PRODUCTS
The order will be delivered to the address designated by the client at the time of contracting according to the chosen method.
We do not ship to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, Andorra and areas of Portugal outside the Peninsula.
FORMS AND DELIVERY DEADLINES
- Shipping:
The average delivery time for shipments within the Peninsula (Spain and Portugal) is 3 working days.
The transport of the products purchased through the Website is included in the price, unless otherwise expressly indicated prior to the completion of the purchase process. The transport service offered by E-Eider does not include any assembly service for the purchased products.
Products purchased before 1:00 p.m. will be processed that same day. Products purchased after 1:00 p.m. will be processed the next day.< /span> These will be shipped using the "standard" (3-5 business days) or "express" (1-2 business days) service, depending on the customer's choice when selecting the shipping method. Shipments will be delivered to the address indicated by the User. During weekends and holidays our transport company does not ship, that is why working days must always be counted.
The User must take into account that, although E-Eider makes its best efforts so that the delivery service works correctly at all times, it cannot guarantee these deadlines since, on occasions and for reasons beyond E-Eider, the order may be delayed.
CHANGE OF DELIVERY ADDRESS
If you wish to make a change to the delivery address, please contact us at info@baffeebags.com, and we will do our best to help you. In case we cannot make the change in the address because the package has already been sent, we will have to contact our delivery service. Please note that this process may delay delivery time.
PRICES, EXPENSES AND TAXES
The prices of the services that are collected in www.baffeebags.com will be expressed in Euros unless otherwise stated and will be guaranteed during the time of validity of the same, except for printing errors and whatever the destination of the request.
PRODUCTS
The final prices of all the products, (and where appropriate, the final prices per unit of measure, when required) together with their characteristics, offers, discounts, etc., are reflected in each of the articles that appear in the catalog of www.baffeebags.com.
- The products have VAT included.
- The VAT rate is 21%.
- Shipping costs: free (standard service) / 4.95 € (Balearic Islands) / 6.95 € (express service), only in the Peninsula.
The prices of the services may change at any time. In this case, the price to be applied will be the one in force on the date of placing the order. In any case, the final cost will be communicated to the customer in the electronic purchase process before he formalizes his acceptance.
TERMS OF USE OF PROMOTIONS
Users may apply any of the different promotional codes to benefit from existing BAFFEE offers, provided that they have been issued or validated by BAFFEE and are within their validity period. All promotional codes are limited to a single use per User. Specifically, promotional codes will be limited to a single holder of means of payment, email account and telephone number. E-Eider reserves the right to request additional documentation from the User in case it suspects that there is a possible duplication of accounts destined to benefit the same User with a promotion.
Discount codes are not cumulative and cannot be used to purchase already discounted products.
PAYMENT METHODS
We offer you these forms of payment:
- Credit or debit card
You can make the payment immediately through our Bank's secure SSL payment gateway. If it is necessary to make any return or cancellation of the order, the amount will be refunded through the same payment card. Both personal and banking data will be protected with all the security measures established by the General Data Protection Regulation (RGPD) with total confidentiality.
- PayPal
Payment of the order will be authorized through PayPal, but no money will be withdrawn until PayPal verifies that it is correct. To do this, it will be essential to have a PayPal account.
- Cash on delivery
The customer will pay the delivery person of our transport company the exact amount in cash plus 3,50 €, which is the additional cost involved in selecting this payment method, on the day the order is delivered.
RETURN AND WITHDRAWAL POLICY
According to the regulations, the consumer and user will have the right to WITHDRAW from the contract for a maximum period of 14 calendar days without the need to indicate the reason and without incurring any cost, except those provided for in art. 107.2 and 108 of RD1/2007, of November 16, approving the aforementioned text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users.
PRODUCTS
The client will have a maximum period of 14 calendar days from the day of receipt of the requested good or product to inform E-Eider of their desire to withdraw from the contract.
Withdrawal implies that BAFFEE will proceed to refund the amount already paid by the customer within a maximum period of 14 calendar days, following the same procedure chosen by the customer for payment.
During this period, the consumer will inform BAFFEE of his decision to withdraw from the contract by sending an e-mail to the email address info@baffeebags.com.
To proceed with the return of a product it is essential that it is in perfect condition and with its corresponding original packaging, with all its accessories and without having been used.
Once we receive your request we will contact the customer to indicate the details of the return.
The customer will bear the shipping costs for the return of the goods.
COMMENTS
The products must be returned in perfect condition and in their original packaging.

According to the EU Consumer Online Dispute Resolution and in accordance with Art. 14.1 of Regulation (EU) 524/2013, we inform you that the European Commission provides all consumers with a dispute resolution platform in line that is available at the following link: http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/.
APPLICABLE LEGISLATION
The legislation applicable to these Terms of Use is the Spanish Law, especially Law 34/2002 of July 11, on Services of the Information Society and Electronic Commerce, the Civil and Commerce Code, the regulations for the protection of the rights of Consumers and Users and any other concordant regulations. To the extent permitted by law, the parties, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them, agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the Courts and Tribunals of Madrid capital.
The European Commission has recently made available to consumers in the European Union the online dispute resolution platform to resolve disputes that occur in electronic commerce amicably (article 14 paragraph 1 Regulation (EU) 524 /2013) for which Website Users have the right to file claims at the following link: http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/.
